Work Days and Tours Scheduled for the LinkingWaters Project

 Sorry for the short notice, but if you can make it, we will be working at the LinkingWaters Project Demonstration Site, 124 Choctaw Street in Asheville, this Saturday, May 5, 9am to about noon.  We plan to remove invasive plants from the eastern end of the site and plant a cover crop, do maintenance on the diversion swale, place the topographic model into the display case, and perhaps start working to get rid of the Bernuda grass, so bring tools and gloves if you have them. 

We have also planned other work days and days for tours:

  • Work days on Saturdays, 9 am - Noon
    • June 9
    • July 14
    • August 11
    • September 8
  • Tours by request or Sundays at 6 pm
    • June 24
    • July 22
    • August 19
    • September 23.
