Permaculture: The foundation of Permacommunity
Hey Family,
This meeting will be about how Permaculture principles help create a sustainable community.
These principles can be applied to shared housing, co-housing, eco-communities, production or farm communities, and all. Permaculture is simply a way of "being" that our Planet supports: It's nice to have Mother Nature on our side.
In our human experience of community these principles are tried and true.
To me, the most important aspect of Permacommuity is its ability to sustain itself from within. This is the foundation for my definition of personal freedom: self-sustaining.
I also intend to talk a bit about two communities I have visited recently: Sacred Mountain Sanctuary and Circle Rock.
Please join us for this foundational look at what we can do collectively to thrive with our family/community.
I invite you to come early and have Dinner together at Earthfare before the meeting. You can arrive anytime after 5 pm. I'll be in the dining area in front of the meeting room.
