MPO - Metropolitan Planning OrganizationPosted by RonM_A | 1 year 27 weeks ago So, I go to the Sept. 24 WNC Alliance workshop on transportation and hear about the Metropolitan Planning Organizations. In our region, it's the French Broad River MPO. I'm thinking that of course it has something to do with transportation. I wonder, and ask, what else might be included in its planning? Nothing, just transportation. Interesting, I think, but kind of misleading and not quite the transparent name one would expect. |

Asheville's New Transit Master PlanPosted by RonM_A | 1 year 5 weeks ago The City has developed a new Transit Master Plan, that will be introduced and explained in public meetings over the next several weeks. All informational sessions will run from 4-7 on the different dates. These are "come and see and hear and ask" sessions, in which you can drop in and go as you will.
